About The Lords Group Foundation

The Lords Group Foundation was established in 2021 by the majority family shareholders of Lords Group Trading, continuing a long-standing tradition of charitable giving and community investment. Created ahead of the Group’s listing on AIM, the Foundation reflects our commitment to contributing positively to the communities in which we operate.

The Foundation’s primary objective is to support initiatives that make a meaningful difference at a local level, particularly projects that promote stronger, more resilient communities. We recognise that our success as a business is closely connected to the wellbeing of our local areas, and we aim to direct our resources where they can have the greatest impact. We particularly welcome applications from local community centres, as we have identified a lack of funding for these much used and needed community hubs.

Our work is guided by clear principles: Responsibility, integrity, and transparency. Through active engagement with our charity partners and the involvement of our colleagues, the Foundation strives to deliver support that is well-governed, sustainable, and aligned with the values of the Lords Group.

The Trustees meet quarterly to review applications and ensure that funds are distributed thoughtfully and in accordance with the Foundation’s purpose.
